This Copyright Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") is an integral part of the Audio Template Licensing Agreement between Blue Oak Recording, Inc. doing business as Pro Audio Templates (the "Licensor") and the user (the "Licensee"). By purchasing and downloading any audio template, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Notice: This document, including any associated digital audio workstation (DAW) session files, is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this document or any part of it, whether in print or electronic form, is strictly prohibited and will be vigorously pursued under the fullest extent of the law.

  2. Ownership and Rights: Blue Oak Recording, Inc. retains all rights to this document, its contents, and any associated digital audio workstation (DAW) session files. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this document or any part thereof is a direct violation of copyright law and will result in immediate legal action.

  3. Enforcement and Remedies: In the event of a material breach of any provision in this Disclaimer, Blue Oak Recording, Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies without limitation. These remedies may include, but are not limited to, injunctive relief, claims for damages, and termination of the Licensee's access to and use of the templates. The Licensee shall bear the full responsibility for all legal fees and costs incurred by Blue Oak Recording, Inc. in enforcing this Disclaimer.

  4. Intellectual Property Protection: Blue Oak Recording, Inc. will actively monitor and enforce its intellectual property rights. Any attempt to circumvent or violate these rights, including reverse engineering, unauthorized reproduction, or any other form of infringement, will be met with swift legal action.

  5. Liability Disclaimer: Blue Oak Recording, Inc. disclaims any and all liability arising from the use, misuse, or unauthorized distribution of the audio templates. The Licensee assumes all risks associated with such actions.

  6. Governing Law: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of California and The United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer shall be resolved in the courts of The State of California.
